COLLABORATE WITH WPA

WPA has an expansion plan to develop WPA Padel tennis venues throughout the UK and we are looking for existing commercial premises and space within existing estates, to build Padel tennis courts and amenities to bring the WPA experience to your area. WPA will provide investment, expertise and knowledge to design the facilities and develop your site into a fully operational and commercial centre for Padel.

INDOOR VENUE REQUIREMENTS

Indoor venues of 1,500-5000 sqm
Minimum of 8m (26ft) clearance height
Unit must accommodate 4 – 10 courts plus amenities
Located centrally in urban areas
Good transport access and links
On-site parking capacity for minimum 20 cars

LAND PLOT REQUIREMENTS

WPA can build courts and a canopy structure on spare land
Existing sports clubs, leisure clubs, recreation centres
2 – 6 Padel courts plus amenities to be built
Minimum plot size for 2 courts – 30m x 30m (1,200 sqm)
Optimum plot size for 4 courts – 50m x 30m (1,500 sqm)
Would consider larger plots
On-site parking capacity for minimum 20 cars
Access to utilities (Electricity & Water)
